Assists in helping families connect with services pertaining to  behavioral health, intellectual and developmental disability, and substance use and treatment.  PerformCare is the single point of entry to the New Jersey Children’s System of Care (CSOC) for  services such as Care Management Organizations (CMOs), Mobile Response, and Family Support  Organizations. The CSOC helps professionals and families connect to healthy supports in their  communities and counties.

  • Counseling for families in crisis to help provide a stable home environment

Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS)

“Provides face-to-face crisis services within one hour of notification. The goal is to de-escalate emotional or behavioral crisis and keep your youth at home. Mobile response is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can offer up to eight weeks of stabilization services.”

Family Crisis Intervention Unit 

“An immediate intervention and stabilization for juveniles (12-17) and their families who are experiencing an ongoing crisis (family conflict, truancy, runaway behavior or a threat to their physical safety of wellbeing). Services are available 24/7.”

Services include:

Assessment, short term supportive counseling, linkages to psychiatric evaluations, and referral to community resources
