Lambertville City Announcements

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

 **STREET SWEEPER will no longer operate as of December 15th**

 

DOG AND CAT LICENSES are available for purchase starting Monday, January 4, 2016 at City Hall, 18 York Street. The fee for a spayed dog or cat is $15 and $18 for all unaltered animals. Licensing of dogs a requirement of the NJSA 4. A $25 late fee will be imposed beginning March 1, 2016.

PARKING PERMITS for those residing on metered streets will be available for purchase starting the week of December 21st at City Hall. The annual fee is $45 for a Permanent Residential Parking Permit, $60 for a Transferable Permit and $25 for a Temporary Parking Permit.

LANDLORD REGISTRATION is due by April 1, 2016.  All rental units must be registered with the City of Lambertville (Ordinance 2010-23). All rental properties with two (2) or more rental units must also register with the State of New Jersey.

MUNICIPAL PARKING AT THE PHILLIP L. PITTORE JUSTICE CENTER:  
Space Number 38 is available to lease for $45 per month. If interested, please call Shelley Corrado at 609-397-0110.

SPECIAL SESSION OF MAYOR AND COUNCIL: There will be a Special Session of Mayor and Council on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 7:00 pm at the Phillip L. Pittore Justice Center. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a public hearing for Ordinance Number 02-2016A Bond Ordinance to Amend Ordinance Number 14-2015 For the Defending and Filing of the City's Council on Affordable Housing Obligation in an Amount Not to Exceed $35,000, Award or Reject the Bids Received for Pay-by-Cell and to Award/Reject the Bids for the Redesign of the City's Website.
